Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 1 cup jicama, grated
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup japanese peanut
  • 1/2 cups chili gummy, of mango
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy
  • to taste hot sauce, to serve
  • to taste lemon juice, to serve

Preparation

Peel the cucumbers and with a spoon remove their seeds. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the jicama with the carrot, the peanuts, the mango gummies, the hot sauce, the chamoy and the lemon juice, season with salt.
With the help of a spoon, fill the cucumbers with the previous preparation.
Place the potatoes in a bag and crush with a roller until you get a fine powder.
Dip the cucumbers in the chamoy, cover with the potato powder, cut some slices and serve with spicy sauce and lemon.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish,served with the beer of your choice.

TIPS

Cut the cucumber with a very sharp knife, to preserve the shape.
