Pizzadillas

  • Cut all the ingredients into small pieces so they fit inside half of the tortilla, - For each pizza you make, estimate about 1/3 cup of shredded cheese, which you will place on one side of the tortilla, then add the other ingredients to taste. - Once you have added the ingredients, fold the tortilla, covering them.
  • When the tortilla is folded, place it in a skillet, and set the burner to medium heat. Leave it cooking until it is brown and crispy, and when it is, flip it to achieve the same on the other side.
  • Once it is crispy on both sides, place it on a plate and cut it into triangular pieces just like you normally do with quesadillas.
  • When you have your pieces ready, you can dip them in the tomato sauce for extra flavor.
