Cut all the ingredients into small pieces so they fit inside half of the tortilla,
- For each pizza you make, estimate about 1/3 cup of shredded cheese, which you will place on one side of the tortilla, then add the other ingredients to taste.
- Once you have added the ingredients, fold the tortilla, covering them.
When the tortilla is folded, place it in a skillet, and set the burner to medium heat. Leave it cooking until it is brown and crispy, and when it is, flip it to achieve the same on the other side.
Once it is crispy on both sides, place it on a plate and cut it into triangular pieces just like you normally do with quesadillas.
When you have your pieces ready, you can dip them in the tomato sauce for extra flavor.
