Ingredients

4 portions
  • flour tortillas
  • mozzarella cheese, (preferably shredded)
  • pepperoni
  • paprika
  • red onions
  • mushrooms
  • tomato sauces, (for pizza)

Preparation

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces so they fit inside the middle of the tortilla, - For each pizza you make, calculate about 1/3 cup of grated cheese, you will put it in the middle of the tortilla ( on one side), then put the other ingredients to taste. - When you finish putting the ingredients, fold the tortilla, covering them.
When the tortilla is bent, put it in a pan, and the burner on medium heat. Leave it there cooking until it is brown and crunchy, when it is like this, turn it around to achieve the same thing on the other side.
Once it is crispy on both sides, put it on a plate and cut it into triangular pieces as they normally do with the quesadillas.
When you have your pieces ready, you can dip them in the tomato sauce to give it more flavor.
