Peel the bananas and slice them (at an angle so they are oval-shaped).
Pour Mazola Olive and Soy oil into a skillet, heat over medium heat, and fry the banana slices.
Drain the bananas and set aside.

In a round skillet, pour two tablespoons of Mazola Olive and Soy oil, heat, and pour in the eggs, tilting the skillet to cover the entire surface, as if making an egg tortilla.
Lower the heat to medium, and when the eggs begin to set, place slices of cheese, then spiral or rose-shaped fried banana slices, and the other half of the onion in julienne.
