Popcorn with Chili

Popcorn is a high-fiber food that helps prevent constipation. You can prepare it at work; you just need to bring the kernels in a paper bag and cook them in the microwave. Super easy!

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, (optional)
  • chile powder, to taste
