Potato Puree Roll

An elegant roll for special occasions, I love to prepare it for dinners with friends or with people I appreciate a lot. Make it, you will love it.

  • 1 kilo potato
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 bunches spinach, boiled
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 10 olives
  • 2 sprigs parsley , for garnish

  • The potatoes are boiled peeled and salted, mashed, and mixed with the melted butter and a little more salt if needed.
  • The spinach is boiled with salt and drained.
  • The potatoes with the butter are spread on a plastic wrap, about an inch thick, half of the mayonnaise and the spinach are added, and it is rolled up gradually.
  • It is transferred to a serving dish and covered with the remaining mayonnaise, shaped with a fork to create grooves, and garnished with olives and parsley.
