Potato Skewers

It’s very easy, super fun to make with your kids, and perfect for Christmas, New Year, etc. anytime =)

  • 1 cube Maggi chicken bouillon, 40% less fat
  • 1 package Maggi mashed potato flake

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 50 green grapes
  • 50 red grapes

  • Heat the milk with water, butter, and the Maggi chicken broth cube with 40% less fat for 5 minutes or until it boils. Turn off the heat, add the Maggi mashed potato flakes, mix, and let cool.
  • Form small balls with the mashed potatoes and place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each ball, coat them in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil and set aside.
  • On medium-sized skewers, place a red grape, a potato ball, a green grape, another potato ball, and a red grape. FORM ALL AND SERVE =P
