Prepared Chicharrones

  • 1/4 cabbages, or shredded and disinfected lettuce
  • 1 table cream
  • 100 grams cheese, grated dry
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • valentina sauce
  • vegetable oil, necessary for frying

  • Fry the pasta for the chicharrones; once done, drain the fat.
  • Then place it on a platter for each person. And top it with cabbage or lettuce, cream, mayonnaise, and cheese.
