  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 125 grams onion
  • 60 grams leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 220 grams spinach
  • 20 grams pine nuts
  • 50 grams raisins, raisin
  • 50 grams goat cheese, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Brown the garlic and pine nuts. Set aside. In the same oil, cook the onion and leek over low heat.
  • Add the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring to ensure everything is well combined. Add the reserved garlic and pine nuts, raisins, and goat cheese. Mix well and let cool.
  • Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 squares, fill them, and seal. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
