Brown the garlic and pine nuts. Set aside.
In the same oil, cook the onion and leek over low heat.

Add the reserved garlic and pine nuts, raisins, and goat cheese. Mix well and let cool.
Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 squares, fill them, and seal. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
