Don't know what to do with so many romeritos? No more excuses to bore your family with the same dish; give it a special twist and prepare this crispy puff pastry filled with romeritos, decorated with sesame seeds that add a delicious touch.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, using a plate to cut 2 circles of approximately 25 cm in circumference.
Place a circle on a baking tray, add romeritos in the center, leave a slight space around, and add more romeritos in a circular shape without reaching the edge. Brush the edge and the center space with egg. Place the other disk of puff pastry on top, and using a small bowl, mark the center to seal it and mark the edge of the disk with a fork.
Cut from the outside in portions of approximately 3 cm thick without reaching the center completely, and twist each portion in the same direction. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden. Serve.
