Puff Pastry Sandwich

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups mustard
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 24 slices Fud® Manchego cheese
  • 24 slices FUD® turkey breast, 450 g
  • egg, for brushing

  • Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and set aside.
  • Divide the puff pastry into two equal parts and roll them out separately with a rolling pin. On a baking sheet, spread one half of the puff pastry and place the FUD® turkey breast, the cream cheese you prepared, and the FUD® manchego cheese; make sure to leave a border.
  • Brush the edges with egg and place the other half of the puff pastry. Seal, brush again, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the baked puff pastry sandwich into squares of approximately 10 x 10 cm, then cut the sandwich into 4 equal parts and serve.
