Ingredients

9 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups mustard
  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 24 slices Manchego cheese FUD®
  • 24 slices FUD® turkey breast, 450 g
  • enough egg, to varnish
  • enough sugar

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and reserve.
Divide the puff pastry into two equal parts and roll out with a separate rolling pin. In a tray, spread one of the parts of the puff pastry and place the FUD® turkey breast, the cream cheese you prepared and the FUD® Manchego cheese; be sure to leave an outline.
Varnish the edges with egg and place the other part of the puff pastry. Seal, varnish again and sprinkle sugar. Bake at 180 ° C, for 30 minutes.
Cut the baked puff sandwich into squares of approximately 10 x 10 cm, cut the sandwich into 4 equal parts again and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the puff pastry with sugar and accompany it with your favorite drink.

TIPS

Before cutting the puff pastry, let it rest for 10 minutes. Adapt the amount of puff pastry to the size of your tray.
