500 grams Oaxaca cheese
2 green chiles
1/2 onions
olive oil
pepper
2 lemons

Chop all the Oaxaca cheese into 5 cm strips.
Finely chop the green chili and the onion.
Mix the Oaxaca cheese with the chili and onion. Then add a splash of olive oil and the juice of the lemon.
Add a little bit of pepper and it’s ready.
