Quesillo with Onion and Green Chili

A different presentation to prepare Oaxaca cheese as a snack.

  • 500 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 2 green chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • 2 lemons

  • Chop all the Oaxaca cheese into 5 cm strips.
  • Finely chop the green chili and the onion.
  • Mix the Oaxaca cheese with the chili and onion. Then add a splash of olive oil and the juice of the lemon.
  • Add a little bit of pepper and it’s ready.
