800 grams chickpeas, canned
1/2 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cumin powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 cups water

In a blender, mix all the ingredients except for the parsley.
Pour the dip onto a plate and decorate with parsley. Serve with pita bread or toast.
