Roquefort Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

A snack of mushrooms stuffed with roquefort cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley. It is delicious and very easy to prepare.

30 fresh mushroom
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cups roquefort cheese
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1/4 cups parsley , chopped

Wash the mushrooms very well and dry them.
Cut off the stem and chop it.
In the butter, fry the chopped stems, roquefort cheese, breadcrumbs, diced bacon, and parsley.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture cooked in butter and place in a greased baking dish in the oven at 200°C.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
If they release too much juice, serve them without the juice.
