Roquefort Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

A snack of mushrooms stuffed with roquefort cheese, breadcrumbs, and parsley. It is delicious and very easy to prepare.

  • 30 fresh mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cups roquefort cheese
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cups parsley , chopped

  • Wash the mushrooms very well and dry them.
  • Cut off the stem and chop it.
  • In the butter, fry the chopped stems, roquefort cheese, breadcrumbs, diced bacon, and parsley.
  • Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture cooked in butter and place in a greased baking dish in the oven at 200°C.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • If they release too much juice, serve them without the juice.
