A mushroom snack stuffed with Roquefort cheese, ground bread and parsley. It is delicious and it is very simple to prepare.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 30 fresh mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cups roquefort cheese
  • 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped

Preparation

Wash the mushrooms very well and dry them.
Cut the stalk and chop it,
In the butter, fry the chopped stems, the Roquefort cheese, the ground bread, the diced bacon and the parsley.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture cooked in the butter and put in the oven at 200 C in a greased baking dish.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
If they release a lot of juice, serve them without the juice.

TIPS

A trick for the mushrooms to release the juice is to make a cross on the bottom with a knife (the cut is not very deep.)
