This Roquefort mousse recipe is classic and very easy to prepare. It is served with crackers or slices of baguette. It also tastes great if served with sliced apples or pears.

200 grams roquefort cheese
1 package cream cheese
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 cup cow's milk, or light cream
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cups water

Soak the gelatin in water and dissolve it.
Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and once blended, add the dissolved gelatin.
Grease a 1-liter mold with oil.
Pour the mousse into the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
Let it set (about 3 hours) and serve with crackers or sliced bread.
