500 grams beef rib, shredded (see beef rib recipe)
8 slices ciabatta roll
1 onion, julienned
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Jalapeño chile, chopped
1/2 cans beer

Reheat the meat with a little beer so it doesn’t dry out in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread.
In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion for 5-10 minutes or until well done.
Make each sandwich by placing a slice of bread, 1/4 of the onion, shredded beef, jalapeño peppers, and barbecue sauce. Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
