Beef Rib Sandwich

The ideal recipe for reheating. Shredded beef rib sandwich with caramelized onions and barbecue sauce.

  • 500 grams beef rib, shredded (see beef rib recipe)
  • 8 slices ciabatta roll
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapeño chile, chopped
  • 1/2 cans beer

  • Reheat the meat with a little beer so it doesn’t dry out in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Toast the slices of bread.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion for 5-10 minutes or until well done.
  • Make each sandwich by placing a slice of bread, 1/4 of the onion, shredded beef, jalapeño peppers, and barbecue sauce. Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
