Re warm the meat with a little beer so it does not dry in the micro slings for 2 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread.
In a pan, melt butter and cook onion for 5-10 minutes or until well done.
Make each sandwich by placing a slice of bread, 1/4 onion, shredded beef, jalapeño peppers and barbecue sauce. Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
