The ideal recipe of reheated. Beef rib meat sandwich with caramelized onions and barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of beef rib shredded (see recipe for beef ribs)
  • 8 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 1 piece of onion cut in julienne
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 4 spoonfuls of barbecue sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1/2 can of beer

    Preparation

    Re warm the meat with a little beer so it does not dry in the micro slings for 2 minutes.
    Toast the slices of bread.
    In a pan, melt butter and cook onion for 5-10 minutes or until well done.
    Make each sandwich by placing a slice of bread, 1/4 onion, shredded beef, jalapeño peppers and barbecue sauce. Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
