Mix the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth with the breadcrumbs; set aside.
Dust the meat with Maizena® Cornstarch Regular, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture as a breading. Continue with the rest of the ingredients.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the milanesa on both sides until well cooked and golden.
Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
To assemble the cemitas, cut the bread in half lengthwise, place a milanesa, slices of avocado, cheese, pápalo, and close with the other half of the bread.
Serve accompanied by chipotle sauce to taste.
