Preparation
Mix the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth with the ground bread; Reserve.
Pass the meat through Maizena® Regular corn starch, then through the egg and then through the mixture of ground bread in a breaded way. Continue with the rest of the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the milanesas on both sides until they are well cooked and browned.
Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
To assemble the cemitas, cut the bread in half lengthwise, place a milanese, slices of avocado, cheese, sauté and close with the other half of the bread.
Serve with chipotle sauce to taste.
