Chicken Sandwich with Bacon and Spinach

  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 8 slices Bimbo® multigrain bread
  • mayonnaise, with chipotle
  • 5 slices panela cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, fried
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1/8 red onions, in pen
  • 4 slices red beefsteak tomato

  • In a bowl, add lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken breast for 30 minutes in this mixture.
  • Heat a grill and cook the chicken breast until done.
