Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 8 slices Multigrain Bread Bimbo®
  • to taste mayonnaise, with chipotle
  • 5 slices panela cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, fried
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1/8 red onions, in pen
  • 4 slices beefsteak tomato

Preparation

In a bowl add the lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinade the chicken breast for 30 minutes in this preparation.
Heat a grill and cook the breast until it is cooked.
Spread a slice of Bimbo® Multigrain Bread with the chipotle mayonnaise, add the chicken breast, the panela cheese, the bacon, the spinach, the slices of tomato and purple onion.
