Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches

A delicious snack to enjoy during the football final or to have a good time with your friends. They are super fresh and easy to make. You can present them on a platter in the center of the table for everyone to take their own. They will love them.

  • 16 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 227 grams cream cheese, Nefchâtel LYNCOTT (at room temperature)

  • Remove and discard the crusts of the bread.
  • Peel the cucumber and, using a mandoline or grater, slice it lengthwise thinly. Sprinkle the cucumber with a little salt.
  • Blend the cream cheese with the cream, parsley, scallions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and place the cucumber slices on top. Make a sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwich into 4 parts. Serve.
