16 slices sandwich bread
4 cucumbers
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
227 grams cream cheese, Nefchâtel LYNCOTT (at room temperature)

Remove and discard the crusts of the bread.
Peel the cucumber and, using a mandoline or grater, slice it lengthwise thinly. Sprinkle the cucumber with a little salt.
Blend the cream cheese with the cream, parsley, scallions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and place the cucumber slices on top. Make a sandwich.
Cut the sandwich into 4 parts. Serve.
