Easy Mini Burgers

These mini burgers, also known as sliders, are the party snack your gathering needed. Sliders are a single portion snack, with a small hamburger bun cut in half and filled with various ingredients, usually involving meat and cheese. Surprise all your guests with these bites and don’t forget to serve them with fries and your favorite drink.

  • 1 1/2 cups bacon
  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cups parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups onion, sliders
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

  • In a hot skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • For the meat, in a bowl mix the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, bacon, cornstarch, egg, and season with salt and pepper. Form the meat patties and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Cook the burgers in a skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes, add the manchego cheese, cheddar cheese, and melt in the same skillet with a lid.
  • For the onions, in a skillet over low heat, melt the butter and add the onion and a bit of salt. Let cook for about 20 minutes, until the onions are very soft and change color. Set aside.
  • Assemble the sliders: on a slider bun, spread mayonnaise on one half and mustard on the other, add the meat, pickles, tomato, and top; place a toothpick to hold it together. Enjoy with any side dish and drink of your choice.
