Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups bacon
  • 2 cups ground beef, beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cups parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups onion, filleted
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • bread
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • pickle
  • tomtato

Preparation

In a hot skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes.
For the meat, in a bowl mix the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, bacon, cornstarch, egg and season with salt and pepper. Form the meat patties and chill for 10 minutes.
Cook the burgers in a skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes, add the Manchego cheese, the cheddar cheese and melt in the same pan with a lid.
For the onions, in a skillet over low heat melt the butter and add the onion and a little salt. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the onions are very soft and change color. Reservation.
Assemble the sliders: in a pan for sliders, spread mayonnaise on one cover and mustard on the other, add the meat, the pickles, the tomato and cover; put a toothpick to stop. Enjoy with some garnish and drink to your liking.

PRESENTATION

Present with chopsticks and accompany with potatoes.

TIPS

You can make the hamburger meat in advance and just prepare it a few minutes before your meeting. You can make these burgers with chicken or portobello for people who don't eat meat.
