These mini hamburgers also known as sliders are the party snack your meeting needed. The sliders are a snack in an individual portion, with a small hamburger bread cut in half and filled with different ingredients, which usually involve meat and cheese. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups bacon
  • 2 cups ground beef, beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cups parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups onion, filleted
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 cups manchego cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • to taste salt
  • enough bread
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste mustard
  • enough gherkin
  • enough tomtato

Preparation

In a hot pan, fry the bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes.
For the meat, in a bowl mix the ground meat, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, bacon, cornstarch, egg and season with salt and pepper. Shape the meat burgers and cool for 10 minutes.
Cook the burgers in a pan over medium heat for 15 minutes, add the Manchego cheese, the cheddar cheese and melt in the same pan with a lid.
For the onions, in a pan over low heat melt the butter and add the onion and a little salt. Let cook for about 20 minutes, until the onions are very soft and change color. Reservation.
Build the sliders: in a bread for sliders, spread mayonnaise in one lid and mustard in the other, add the meat, the pickles, the tomato and lid; Place a stick to stop. Enjoy with some garnish and drink to your liking.

PRESENTATION

Present with chopsticks and accompany with potatoes.

TIPS

You can make hamburger meat in advance and simply prepare them a few minutes before your meeting.
