  • 1 avocado, (for the dressing)
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, (for the dressing)
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, (for the dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, (for the dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper, (for the dressing)
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 8 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free
