1 bunch asparagus, cleaned and halved
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
8 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free
4 tablespoons mustard seed
4 eggs, cooked, sliced
1/2 red onions, cut into strips
1 tablespoon fresh dill

In a medium skillet, cook the asparagus with the butter for 3 minutes or until soft but still crunchy. Season and set aside.
Spread a tablespoon of whole grain mustard on a slice of bread, place the asparagus so they don’t fall out.
Add slices of cooked egg, onion, and dill, cover and serve.
