Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

  • 2 red bell peppers, seedless and cut into quarters
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 pumpkin, thick slices lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g) softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free

  • In a bowl, mix all the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill over medium heat in a grill pan.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the chopped chives and spread on four slices of Saníssimo® gluten-free bread.
  • Place a lettuce leaf and the grilled vegetables on the other slices of bread and top with the cheese-covered bread. Serve.
