2 red bell peppers, seedless and cut into quarters
4 portobello mushrooms
1 pumpkin, thick slices lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pinches salt
1 pinch pepper
1 package cream cheese, (190 g) softened
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
4 leaves lettuce
8 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper and grill over medium heat in a grill pan.
Mix the cream cheese with the chopped chives and spread on four slices of Saníssimo® gluten-free bread.
Place a lettuce leaf and the grilled vegetables on the other slices of bread and top with the cheese-covered bread. Serve.
