4 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free, toasted and cut into quarters
1 package cream cheese, (190 g) softened
1/4 cups pistachios, finely chopped

In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter and add the mango and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes or until caramelized. Remove from heat and add the lemon zest. Set aside.
Spread a little cream cheese on each piece of bread and place some mango on top.
Garnish with pistachios and serve.
