Mango Crostini with Pistachios

This mango and pistachio crostini recipe is perfect for satisfying your cravings and offering a very different and delicious sweet dessert or canapé, plus with the explosion of flavors, it takes only 10 minutes to make!

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 4 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free, toasted and cut into quarters
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g) softened
  • 1/4 cups pistachios, finely chopped

  • In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter and add the mango and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes or until caramelized. Remove from heat and add the lemon zest. Set aside.
  • Spread a little cream cheese on each piece of bread and place some mango on top.
  • Garnish with pistachios and serve.
