Place the meat in a Pressure Cooker®; mix the barbecue sauce and orange juice and pour it over the meat. Cover the pot.
Cook over medium heat for 50 minutes. Remove the meat from the pot; cut it into small pieces or shred it with a fork. Return it to the pot; stir it to coat it with the sauce.
Spread the rolls with mayonnaise; fill them with the meat mixture.
