Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo Pork Meat, boneless pork shoulder
  • 90 milliliters barbecue sauce
  • 1 orange, squeezed
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • bread baguettes, in slices

Preparation

Place the meat in an Olla Express®; mix the roasting sauce and the orange juice and pour it into the meat. Cover the pot.
Cook over medium heat for 50 minutes. Take the meat out of the pot; cut it into small pieces or discard it with a fork. Return it to the pot; stir it to coat it with the sauce.
Spread the muffins with mayonnaise; fill them with the meat mixture.

PRESENTATION

Complete this meal with a crispy salad of assorted green leaves and fresh fruit.

TIPS

To intensify the orange flavor, grate 1 tsp. of peel before squeezing the orange to get the juice. Mix it with the roasting sauce before pouring it into the meat.
