In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce, Clemente Jacques ® Oriental Seasoning, pineapple juice, garlic powder, and one tablespoon of brown sugar and honey. Mix until well integrated.
Cut the chicken breast into thick strips and place them in the oriental marinade. Seal and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
For the sweet onion sauce: In a bowl, combine chopped white onion, wine vinegar, Clemente Jacques ® white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of powdered milk (optional). Squeeze the lemon, add garlic powder, brown sugar, and corn syrup previously heated in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill the marinated chicken fajitas in a pan or grill until perfectly cooked on both sides; you can add a bit more of the marinade.
Cut the baguette in half and then lengthwise; if desired, you can toast it. Spread mustard on one side of each bread (optional). Place a bed of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and strips of chicken.
Finally, add the sweet onion sauce.
