Preparation
Place in a deep bowl the soy sauce, the Clemente Jacques ® Oriental Seasoning, pineapple juice, garlic powder and a spoonful of brown sugar and honey. Mix until perfectly integrated.
Cut the chicken breast into thick strips, place inside the oriental marinade. Plasticize and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
For the sweet onion sauce: Place the chopped white onion, the wine vinegar, the white Clemente Jacques vinegar, 1 teaspoon of milk powder (optional) in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon, add garlic powder, brown sugar and corn syrup previously heated in the microwave for 15 seconds. Integra perfectly and season to taste.
Grill the chicken fajitas marinated in a frying pan or grill until they are perfectly cooked on both sides, you can add a little more of the marinade.
Cut the baguette in half and then along, if you wish you can toast it. Add mustard on one side of each bread (optional). Place a bed of lettuce, sliced tomato, purple onion and chicken in strips.
Finally, add the sweet onion sauce.
