This version came about with my sister-in-law one afternoon when we were craving something simple and fresh; we share our combination for a wrapped child.
Cut the edges of each slice of bread (the crusts are not used).
Place a cloth napkin and on top of it the slices of bread so that the edges of the slices overlap (see photo).
Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin to form a mat with the bread.
Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and spread this mixture over the bread.
Spread the slices of ham and yellow cheese evenly over the bread.
Cut the sausages into slices and distribute them on the bread.
Chop the pineapple and spread it over the bread along with the mushrooms and pickled chilies.
Using the napkin, roll the bread to form a roll.
Brush the roll with a little of the cream and mayonnaise mixture to prevent the bread from drying out and cover the roll with aluminum foil. Cut into pieces and serve with ketchup.
