Tropical Wrapped Child

This version came about with my sister-in-law one afternoon when we were craving something simple and fresh; we share our combination for a wrapped child.

Low
  • Cut the edges of each slice of bread (the crusts are not used).
  • Place a cloth napkin and on top of it the slices of bread so that the edges of the slices overlap (see photo).
  • Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin to form a mat with the bread.
  • Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and spread this mixture over the bread.
  • Spread the slices of ham and yellow cheese evenly over the bread.
  • Cut the sausages into slices and distribute them on the bread.
  • Chop the pineapple and spread it over the bread along with the mushrooms and pickled chilies.
  • Using the napkin, roll the bread to form a roll.
  • Brush the roll with a little of the cream and mayonnaise mixture to prevent the bread from drying out and cover the roll with aluminum foil. Cut into pieces and serve with ketchup.
