Preparation
Cut the edge of each slice of bread (the tops are not used).
Place a cloth napkin and on this the slices of bread in such a way that the edges of the slices remain one on top of the other (see photo).
Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin, to form a mat with the bread.
Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and spread this mixture on the bread.
Distribute slices of ham and yellow cheese throughout the bread.
Cut the sausages into slices and distribute on the bread.
Chop the pineapple and distribute all the bread as well as the mushrooms and chilies in vinegar.
With the help of the napkin roll the bread to form a roll.
To varnish the roll with a little of the mixture of cream and mayonnaise to avoid that the bread is dried and to cover the roll with aluminio.Cortar in pieces and to accompany with cátsup sauce.
