Cut the garlic into quarters and rub both sides of each slice of bread.
Place a portion of cheese on each slice. Add small slices of tomato until the cheese is completely covered. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with some basil leaves. Add a few more pieces of cheese and close your sandwich with another slice of bread.
With the help of a brush, moisten the bread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle again with a bit of salt and pepper.
