Cut the garlic into quarters and rub both sides of each slice of bread.
Place a piece of cheese on each slice. Add small slices of tomato to cover all the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Add some basil leaves on top. Add some more pieces of cheese and close your sandwich with another slice of bread.
7. Using a brush, moisten the bread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle again with a little salt and pepper.
In a skillet lubricated with vegetable spray cook your sandwich for 4 to 5 minutes or until the slices of bread are browned and the cheese on the bottom begins to melt.
Turn it over, paint the other side of the sandwich with oil, return to sprinkle with seasoning and cook for 2 to 4 minutes more.
