  • 1 slice turkey deli ham, low in fat
  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice avocado
  • 1/2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • Place the lettuce on a plate, then add the turkey ham, regular ham, and tomato.
  • In a bowl, mix the light mayonnaise with the chipotles and lime juice.
  • Add the avocado and place it on top of the tomato in the sandwich. Roll up the lettuce and secure it with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
