The sandwich-type lettuce rolls are a light snack and low in carbohydrates for those who are dieting since they only have 140 calories.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 sheet of lettuce
  • 1 slice of Turkey ham low in fat
  • 1 slice of Ham
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 slice of avocado
  • 1/2 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Place the lettuce on a plate, on top of the turkey ham, the ham, and the tomato.
    In a bowl mix light mayonnaise with chipotles and lemon juice.
    Add the avocado and place on top of the tomato in the sandwich. Roll up the lettuce and hold with a toothpick. Serve immediately.

    TIPS

    You can add a slice of low fat cheese.
