The sandwich-type lettuce rolls are a light snack and low in carbohydrates for those who are dieting since they only have 140 calories.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 leave lettuce
  • 1 slice Turkey ham, low in fat
  • 1 slice Ham
  • 1 slice tomtato
  • 1 slice avocado
  • 1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoons chipotle chili
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Place the lettuce on a plate, on top of the turkey ham, the ham, and the tomato.
In a bowl mix light mayonnaise with chipotles and lemon juice.
Add the avocado and place on top of the tomato in the sandwich. Roll up the lettuce and hold with a toothpick. Serve immediately.

TIPS

You can add a slice of low fat cheese.
