4 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
8 slices Manchego cheese
8 slices tomato
1 stick ciabatta bread, sliced in half (enough for 4 paninis)
8 eggs, fried

Cut the bread and put a layer of ham, a layer of manchego cheese, fried egg, and tomato.
Put on the lid and cut the bread roll in half.
Turn on the grill (or sandwich maker) and cook the paninis until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove after about 5 minutes.
