  • 1 package cream cheese, 190g
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup flour, for spreading
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 10 slices deli ham, cut into triangles
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, for glazing
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
  • oregano, for sprinkling
