Roasted Portobello Sandwich with Asparagus and Panela Cheese

The fabulous combinations of these ingredients will make this sandwich your favorite, as it is made with juicy portobellos and oven-roasted green asparagus accompanied by delicious grilled panela cheese between a tasty oatmeal-based bread.

  • 4 portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices panela cheese
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 6 Deli® oatmeal breads

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the portobellos and asparagus on a baking tray, add olive oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  • On a grill, heat Pan Deli® Oat Bread, and grill the panela cheese.
  • On a slice of Pan Deli® Oat Bread, place a slice of panela cheese, add the portobello, sun-dried tomatoes, and asparagus.
