4 portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon marjoram
salt and pepper
6 slices panela cheese
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the portobellos and asparagus on a baking tray, add olive oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
On a grill, heat Pan Deli® Oat Bread, and grill the panela cheese.
On a slice of Pan Deli® Oat Bread, place a slice of panela cheese, add the portobello, sun-dried tomatoes, and asparagus.
