Salami and Cheddar Cheese Sandwich

For sandwich lovers, this is the perfect option! Slices of delicious salami with a creamy cheese mixture between two thick slices of bread and a crunchy touch of potato chips that make it unique.

  • 3/4 packages cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, only the stems, sliced
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 16 slices salami
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, in slices
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag Flemin Hot Sabritas® potato chips
  • 1 bag Ali Chili Sabritas® potatoes

  • Preheat the toaster oven to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheese with the green onion stems. Set aside.
  • Spread the previous mixture on 4 slices of bread and mustard on the other 4 slices.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing salami, cheddar cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and crushed Ali chili Sabritas® potatoes on one slice. Close with another slice of bread.
  • Toast the sandwiches in the toaster or in the toaster oven and serve immediately.
  • Repeat the procedure with the other potatoes.
