2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
2 sprigs celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons tomato, in small cubes and seedless
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
1/2 teaspoons white pepper
8 slices wholemeal bread
8 slices pepperoni
8 black olives
4 slices Manchego cheese

For the filling, mix the tuna with celery, parsley, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Using a circular cutter, cut the bread. Assemble the sandwiches with the tuna filling and set aside.
Using a small circular cutter and a knife, cut the pepperoni slices to mimic the ladybug wings. Set aside.
Slice the olives thinly to simulate the eyes and legs. Cut the cheese slices into small circles to simulate the spots and eyes.
Decorate the sandwiches with pepperoni, olives, and cheese to form a ladybug. Serve. Buy HERE
