Tuna Ladybug Sandwich

This Children's Day, surprise your kids with original and delicious ladybug-shaped sandwiches. They are filled with creamy tuna with mayonnaise, celery, tomato, parsley, and a touch of mustard; decorated with olives and pepperoni. Delicious!

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 2 sprigs celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato, in small cubes and seedless
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 8 slices wholemeal bread
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 black olives
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese

  • For the filling, mix the tuna with celery, parsley, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Using a circular cutter, cut the bread. Assemble the sandwiches with the tuna filling and set aside.
  • Using a small circular cutter and a knife, cut the pepperoni slices to mimic the ladybug wings. Set aside.
  • Slice the olives thinly to simulate the eyes and legs. Cut the cheese slices into small circles to simulate the spots and eyes.
  • Decorate the sandwiches with pepperoni, olives, and cheese to form a ladybug. Serve. Buy HERE
