1/2 cups olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 slices serrano ham, thinly sliced
12 Mozzarella cheese, in thin slices
slices tomato
grams basil, fresh
1 stick ciabatta bread, sliced in half (enough for 4 paninis)

Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a layer of serrano ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato, and basil on the bottom half of the bread.
Drizzle the sandwich with the dressing prepared in the first step. Place the top on and cut the loaf of bread into 4 sandwiches.
Turn on the grill (or sandwich press) and cook the paninis until golden and the cheese is melted. Remove after about 5 minutes.
