Preparation
Beat the olive oil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Put a layer of serrano ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil on the bottom of the bread.
Sprinkle the sandwich with the dressing prepared in the first step. Put the lid on and cut the loaf of bread into 4 sandwiches.
Light the grill (or the sandwich maker) and cook the paninis until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Take out after about 5 minutes.
