For the sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, tomato, chipotle pepper, and orange juice. Set aside.
Marinate the shrimp in a bowl with lime juice, Knorr® Suiza chicken broth, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook the garlic for one minute, add the shrimp without the marinade, cook for 3 minutes, and incorporate the sauce. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and add Hellmann's® Classic Mayonnaise, mix and adjust seasoning. Set aside.
