Spinach, Artichoke, and Goat Cheese Sandwich

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, in olive oil
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke heart
  • 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 Deli® oatmeal breads
  • cherry tomato, for garnish

  • For the dressing, blend the Greek yogurt with cream cheese, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • On a hot grill over medium heat, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked.
  • On a Deli® Oat Bread, spread the dressing, add the chicken breast, spinach, artichokes, and goat cheese.
  • Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
