This delicious sandwich is perfect for enjoying leftover turkey. The sandwich includes oven-roasted turkey and cranberry jelly.

8 slices sandwich bread, or rustic bread
1 cup cranberry jam
500 grams roast turkey, or smoked turkey, sliced
1 cup arugula, lettuce
Preparation

Toast the bread until it's lightly toasted.
While the bread is toasting, heat the turkey either in the microwave or the oven.
Assemble the sandwiches with the bread, cranberry jelly, turkey, and arugula.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
