Turkey and Cranberry Sandwich

This delicious sandwich is perfect for enjoying leftover turkey. The sandwich includes oven-roasted turkey and cranberry jelly.

  • 8 slices sandwich bread, or rustic bread
  • 1 cup cranberry jam
  • 500 grams roast turkey, or smoked turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula, lettuce

  • While the bread is toasting, heat the turkey either in the microwave or the oven.
  • Assemble the sandwiches with the bread, cranberry jelly, turkey, and arugula.
